All the participating teams, coming from outside Pune city will be given accommodation by MIT-ADT University, Pune under the following conditions.
- After reporting at the University campus help desk, you will be informed about your accommodation.
- Security Deposit of Rs. 5,000/- by DD should be given in favour of MIT Art, Design & Technology University, Pune. In case the DD has not been given due to any circumstance, you can deposit Rs. 5,000/- in cash at the help desk, as the security deposit which will be refunded while leaving the campus.
- University will provide the mattresses and quilts.
- The expenditure for accommodation and food will be Rs. 600/- per head per day.
- In case of misbehavior of any kind, MIT ADT University reserves the rights to take any punitive action against the concerned college.
- Transport will be provided for accommodated teams from Airport/Railway Station/Bus stand on Arrival & Departure, but prior intimation should be given before one day to transport in charge.
VSM Event-2024
Start From 29th January 2024 to 2nd February 2024.
Cricket Event Start From 19th January 2024 to 2nd February 2024.
