IMPORTANT RULES & GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
For the inauguration ceremony, sports uniforms (Tracksuits, T-shirts & Lowers) and flags of respective colleges are mandatory. (Flag size: 4′ x 3′).
Current-year ID cards, original fee receipts, and bonafide certificates must be presented at the time of registration and before the match.
Once the team list is submitted at the time of registration, no changes will be permitted.
All players must report 30 minutes before the scheduled competition time
Misconduct at any point will result in the disqualification of the college from the tournament
Matches may be delayed if necessary, due to unavoidable circumstances
The umpire’s decisions will be final. In case of any dispute, the team captain should contact the event co-ordinators or a member of the protest committee.
Any changes in the schedule or match timings will be at the discretion of the organizers.
The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes as required.
In case of a protest, a protest fee of ₹2,000 must be submitted along with a written protest application within 30 minutes after the conclusion of the match.
A first-aid kit and an ambulance will be provided. However, the university will not be responsible for any injuries or mishaps during the event.
The overall championship trophy will be awarded based on the medal tally.
